Hi there,

This past weekend my wife and I went away for a wedding. Eric my personal trainer at FITNESS MATTERS on Highridge Road who is making sure that I am FIT BY THE FIRST was concerned that I might "over do it" at the wedding. So he worked me a little extra on Friday and I also stayed after my workout for some extra cardio.Needless to say I slept very well on Friday night.I did very well at the wedding ,eating some turkey ,roastbeef and vegetables and get this I didnt have any cake. This is what happens when you start to see changes in yourself because of your diet and workout. You start to feel better and you want to keep going and reach your goal.So when I went to my training session yesterday I was feeling good.I told Eric what a good weekend I had.He was impressed,so impressed that he had me work extra hard yesterday.Today I can hardley move, everything is sore but I know its is a good thing. You should join me in my quest to be FIT BT THE FIRST at FITNESS MATTERS on High ridge Road in Stamford. The staff at FITNESS MATTERS will work with you to meet your goals whether you want to lose weight or gain muscle or just get yourself back in the shape you were in a few years ago.Everyday you wait to get started is a day wasted.See yo uat FITNESS MATTERS.
